Maximum 25 seats or 40 standing people in the open space; double doors lead out onto sunny deck with fitted shade sails which doubles space size.
Kitchen and toilet facilities and 2 Breakout rooms included which can seat up to 4 - 6 people each room. Main area fitted with a heat pump.

Lounge Area: Maximum 12 seats or 18 standing people. Set up with both intimate seating area with bush outlook and more formal area around meeting table. Lounge is fitted with heatpump and kitchen facilities
